PC/IX was an early PC Unix port. A quick web search revealed that it was introduced in 1983 (for the AT), and probably never worked on pre-286 PC's.

As for UCSD p-system, I was pretty sure that it wasn't an IBM product. A quick web search showed that I was wrong...

Guess my memory isn't what it used to be ;-)
