It is the BlueBox. They just suggest you not use it on a machine that is also acting as a server. It's also less 'elegant' than they'd like, since you have to switch full-screen.

I suppose that when the BlueBox is running, it sucks major cycles in order to provide decent performance. (Heck, you're running a Mac as a Mach process.) It would be bad to have it running, but hidden, on an active server.
