The GUI for W* is leagues easier than any other server config setup I've seen. Too bad Apple never has been willing to market it.

Dave! Apple bundled Web* with their "Apple Internet Server" bundles...

I'm not saying they're doing everything they could, but I certainly wouldn't say they NEVER were willing to market it...
