I hate to think about it, but honestly I would say China could be one.

The fact that we aren't hearing jack in the media about the fact that all of our major NUCLEAR secrets were copied to a not-quite-but-almost-publically-available computer network by an agent of a Communist (yes Virginia, they still exist) up-and-coming world power scares me.
