biz talk will, if i remember correctly, utilize the XML side of things from a company called WebMethods. they have a piece of software that is very powerfull. it is definately the leader in this space. i have looked at it extensively and can give you more info if needed. the software cost for WebMethods B2B is very expensive.

BizTalk will aggregate information and prices for all types of businesses. my understanding is, for lack of a better description, a huge business-to-business data mining operation of web sites for comparrison shopping e-commerce.
