Put it in the www folder. Why? It's got a couple of websites in it that you'll want to try out, and mainResponder won't (usually) serve websites out of the Apps folder. By convention, anything that contains a website should be in the www folder. Makes it easier to see at a glance what the rest of the world can and can't get to.
