I think that was very well put. I am not a Microsoft developer but I have the expectation that one day Microsoft will become a much more humane company and not the bullying company it has been and remains.

I don't know what executives have made Microsoft such a bullying company but thay have probably gotten as much mileage out of that approach as they can expect.

I 'm not suggesting that Microsoft become a wimp either; just a more mature humane company. I feel they could achieve it if they wanted too.
