Being in the public eye, you have a distinct ability to vouch for a company that's doing a really good job. What would you suggest for those of us who don't have as big a voice? For example, you Userland-folks have been doing a really excellent job. As a developer (and a person), what would make you feklempt that a customer can do to say a big thank you? Matt
