I have some advice for Microsoft. Every executive should buy a machine for themselves, from one of the clone vendors, and struggle thru the process your users have to go thru.

Apparently rick rashid, vp of research at microsoft, has a home-built piii at home... i wonder if that runs nt?... or does it not count because it is not a clone from a clone vendor?
