Aha! Surely it must be OK to write & run (and sell (?) ) software that harvests web content (even from HTML pages), filters it, modifies it, and builds a summary page for me to view as long as I don't make this page public. The composite page (or database, or whatever is built as a result of the process) is for my own personal use, lives on my machine, and is not exposed through a network to anyone but me.
