Useful uses for Third Voice

I don't know if TV provides some kind of kill-file mechanism which could restrict the comments displayed to just those people whose voice you're interested in. If so, then I imagine it could be quite useful for small communities to share insightful comments and feedback on various sites.

For example, I belong to a workflow research group. If I could annotate the sites of various related research groups so that only my colleagues can read them, then that would be very useful to me (and, hopefully, them :-).
