Thanks for the response... can you give me a concise explanation of how you're adding value to the end-user? (I am an end user.)

I currently access EDGAR data through Bloomberg, which gives me the unstructured filing, but does nothing more. What are you guys going to do that's better than that (aside from making it prettier, which does nothing for me) ?

I know that there's lots of demand out there for something better, I used to work at Bloomberg, and heard about it all the time...
