My brain went numb. I have a big gap somewhere: help!

I have (several) Manila sites set up on an intranet.

Each has it's XMLization: like this -

http://my.server.com/myFirstSite/xml/scriptingnews2.xml

http://my.server.com/mySecondSite/xml/scriptingnews2.xml

Q: I get NEWS->NEWS in XML, but what about the other way round? How can I make my own 'local aggregator'?

Wish: {readXMLasHTML("myFirstSite")}

I'm looking too hard to see here!
