Just cruising around userland in general, I see many things that could be considered "patentable" in today's climate. Perhaps you should take a mental inventory of the things you've been innovating in and sort of taking for granted that they are "safe". Patents are not just for "enforcing" but as protection from someone else trying to hold your intellectual property hostage too.
