There's a big need in-house for such a tool.

My wish for Macbird would be for it to have xml-based config files which defined the icons on the toolbar, the wysiwyg view for any arbitrary code snippet I create , and the source xml for that snippet.

Dreamweaver "almost" has this, but it doesnt view pure xml very well. It sort of has the html dtd hardcoded in it.
