Honestly, the best way to get xml-rpc into mozilla is to pay someone to do it or do it yourself. Most developers still work for Netscape and Netscape is focused on getting a browser out the door so they haven't been putting any effort in getting XML-RPC into the product.

However, it's one of the most requested additions in the Mozilla newsgroups.
