What would be wrong with that? As long as AD doesn't force one to work as AD monkey afterwards - where's the problem?! Of course they need quality people, too, and that those aren't exactly available at disposal in .times like these shouldn't come as a surprise to you.

Using money in the most efficient way possible isn't cynical, by the way, but a mere sign of intelligence. Most of the time, there are worthier causes to feed money to than .gv
