I hope I have been clear about what I want, if not, I want to hook editorial tools running on Unix to our servers, and I want to hook up editorial tools running on Mac/Windows to servers running on Unix. The ZopeFish project comes closest to approximating my idea of how the commercial and open source worlds can bridge to each other. After that, the technology is super-simple. We've even published the specs that Andy says must come next, that show how to wire a writing tool into a CMS over XML-RPC. Links will come later, I have a DaveNet piece in the pipe, another one, believe it or not. Amazing times we live in.
