We do have a heuristic for determining the length of the song, but that requires that you play it. So the clock.sleepfor idea doesn't work. And you're right that you could move the track player back in time, which would screw it up the second time. You're figuring it out, we must have a way to know when its over. We have that with the approach we now use. But a COM interface would be cleaner.
