It occurs to me that the best way is not to publicise them like Dave does but instead to give pointers to the EFF. They need to be given ample chance to document the violation of the judge's order. Publicising results in the links being taken down.

Bzzt. US laws make exceptions for "Information Location Tools". An automated search tool cannot violate anything by itself.
