In a related news bit I saw today... though 'censure' and 'censor' have the same roots, they mean very different things. The newscasters pulled random people off the street and asked them what would happen if the Senate voted to censure the President. The overwhelming answer was: "They could restrict what he says." Yikes. It makes you wonder about public opinion polls...
