Michael, I don't know if this was a feature request for Frontier, but we can already do command-line scripting on Windows. The builtin, file.openFolder, on Windows, uses this, by calling launch.appWithDocument:http://docserver.userland.com/launch/appWithDocument
And we also have the equivalent of all the file management commands you mention:
