Outliners and XML

Brian Andresen was talking about the XML-encoding for Frontier outlines a few months back. I don't know what became of that.

But it's confusing. Outlines make such good editors for XML, maybe you just want to coerce them to strings and send them across the wire. I'm still trying to figure this out.
