There's a file in linux ppc, and presumably other linicies /usr/dict/linux.words It's about 400k of english words. My best guess as to the license for these words is the GPL, so I'm not sure how well that license fits in with your plans.

I'll check to see if I can get a definitive answer as to the actual license.
