Marc,

How adaptable will the interface be to end user changes. I figure that one can change the avatar easily, but what about overall scheme's and themes? Background Agent faces Stationary In otherwords, how locked down, or will this be dependent on the client? What an exciting application to have on the front end of your dsl pipeline. Starting out a new year queing up all your birthday and holiday greetings.
