The only problem with a "frontier-on-everybody's-server" solution is that it would limit participation to, well, everybody who has a you know what you know where

True- I was thinking about a single location, which then nullfies the "distributed" requirement. ooooops.

I wonder what BBM may have learned about MSIE5 and xml-rpc which might allow this to happen?
