How did the userland.com DNS problem eventually get solved?

I've got a similar problem with our domain name (custommachine.com), but have so far been unable to find someone who knows how to resolve the problem.

I sent an e-mail to Network Solutions last evening (5/5/99), but so far no response.

Any suggestions?
