Have you seen Windows 2000 yet? Many (most?) of the control panels and configuration tools are done in HTML. I find this type of interface much more pleasant to use than the Windows UI, and I'd like to work with my Mac this way too.

Also, as of Beta 2, Microsoft had not disabled the View Source command in any of the control panels.
