That's the problem: You will have to implement the encoding yourself and then set the appropriate MIME headers.OK, I've got it working. I see how I could implement the base64 encoding without messing with tcp.sendmail, but it looks as though the headers are hard-coded into tcp.sendmail. I copied this into user.sendmail, made necessary mods and works fine now, mail arrives with the proper characters. Would this be the appropriate way to deal with it, or is there a simpler solution I'm overlooking?
