Sounds like there are enough guys just in this DG that have gotten burned by Dell's support to start a Dell varation of the Starbucked site - www.delled-again.com. Shame them into fixing it. Dave, what's one more domain? Frontier can handle it!Maybe they'll pay the domain registration cost after the fact just to get you to take it down ;-)
