I had the same problem at first. I knew it had been mentioned at least once, but found nothing in the internal search engines.

You can find the info you are looking for off the "Register Your Page" located at http://my.userland.com/register The RSS info from "NetScape" is at http://my.netscape.com/publish/help/quickstart.html
