Read about it at... http://www.heise.de/ct/english/99/13/186/Basicly the story says that if 32 processes repeatedly ask for a cgi program, it will send the thing into kernel panic forcing the operator to do a cold boot. They say it is reproducable and there is even a test script that you can run that will crash the server.
