On my home desktop, that's true. Then I can pick boot order (A,C; C,A; CDROM,C,A;etc.)On my Toshiba laptop, I have to hold down the ESC key on startup, then hit F1.
If you know what it would take to get into BIOS of an IBM ThinkPad 755, pass it on.
BIOS is a place that can sure use a nice, consistent interface.
