Point accepted, I can see how you could use scriptingNews to effectively replace the home page of a site.
I hope that none of this is taken personally, it's all just part of the ongoing debate, and we need to hammer out a format that is acceptable to lots of publishers . It would be very nice to see a format that is compatible with RSS. Why waste all that effort.
