We had a fellow here with a Dell Latitude. It had to have the screen, motherboard, and hdd replaced at various times. But each time the tech came to the office, replaced the parts, and left. They ended up in the end replacing just about everything except the shell.

But each time the tech came here, and the fellow was never down for more than an hour.
