I think I would still recommend Dell. Dave's problems with Dell are terrible.. but they are the first I've heard. Motorola uses Dell Optiplex as the "desktop standard" and with thousands of units running around here, I haven't heard any complaints (tons of complaints about WinNT.. but that's not Dell's fault).
