Open up Microsoft Management Console, right click on your web server and hit Properties. Go to the Home Directory tab. There is an option at the top to redirect. When you hit that a couple sub-options come up. I haven't used this feature myself, but the help button in the dialog gives further details, it looks like it might do what you need.
