This should be interesting. It is happening at the same time as a petition to get MS to stick to the HTML standards in IE.

What does the MSN Messenger service protocol look like? Will MS keep the promises of the press release, and stick to the standards?

Being on the skeptical side, this PR occurs after the false consultant, MSN Phil Bucking story in the NYT which still has not been addressed. Can you say change the topic?
