Meta tag theft

A default standard for defining keywords appropriate for a web page is to use the META tag; see:<http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-html40/struct/global.html#edef-META>
and its discussion of search engines.
Imagine a porno site with the following meta tag:
This is what they mean by "meta tag theft": that is, taking the META tags from one site, using them on another spoof site.
