I certainly don't buy computers in the kinds of quantities that you do, but I did buy one once from a name-brand clone-maker and was perfectly satisfied. It was from Micron, and the computer in question is still sitting here crunching away four years later.They're not cheap, but they are good. It worked out of the box and it's been working ever since. It's never failed.
I'm pretty sure that they will preload NT for you.
