3. They offer a closed box, with a pre-installed OS, all I have to do is enter the IP address, DNS and router address and it runs. I'm willing to enter my name and company as well. Maybe a few other things like my time zone

Better yet, you should be able to tell them while ordering all that info and they will ensure that it is *already* set up when you get it. You should have to just plug it and and it should completely work out of the box.

I've heard rumors of companies doing this, but I haven't seen any of them personally.
