Only benevolent dictators do the right thing?

"Tim's in a position where, if he shakes his head yes, somebody can lose $1 billion, but if he shakes his head no, somebody else loses $1 billion,"Look at Tim Berners-Lee. Look at Steve Jobs. These guys are (mostly) unaffected by the market. They can't be vetoed. They do what they think is right; screw everyone else. An interesting way to run things; to be sure.
