Bierman was telling me about this yesterday. He went to Microsoft Developer Days and was excited about this. I told him we were already doing it with asynchronous XML-RPC. I asked if Microsoft's stuff was Windows only. He wasn't sure. Now, if it had an XML-RPC interface that would be enough for us. It would be easy to tie into it.

This is not an old idea!
