I thought it was very cheeky of Wired to participate inwhat must be one of the best hoaxes to be propogated on the net population at large.

This whole scheme is, of course, a total joke. Canter is having a good laugh and also poking fun at the ridiculous nature of the net industry as a whole. By getting this bizaree scheme accepted as legitimate he casts a light on all the other ridiculous business plans that get accepted as "good investments" simply because they are net enabled.

Nice to see that Marc hasn't lost his sense of humour.
