I was using the Microsoft Exchange web interface with Mac IE 4.5 not long ago, and when I uploaded files, it uploaded them as MacBinary. I don't know what it said the Content-Type or Encoding was...

However, for me the worst bug is that the JavaScript navigator.plugins array is empty, making it impossible to ask users to download plugins they don't have.
