I'd love to be able to license HalfBrain's Dynamic HTML libraries (or any other of similar quality) for some internal projects.

Take a look at Steve Champeon's Building Dynamic HTML GUIs. Here's the license info:

All of the code on this site is free. The sample application and the various modules are protected by the GNU Public License, version 2. The Javascript object wrapper library is protected by the GNU Library Public License, version 2.
