Here's one that's pretty simple -- and perhaps particularly useful for that simplicity: http://www.omniedit.com

It's a Web interfact to an ftp program. You can use to update any page on any site from a Web browser.

I wonder how many of these Web applications owe their existence to Microsoft's Windows 98 resource limitations.
