uTOK is essentially Third Voice, AFAIK, except thatA: It does not actually slap images into the pages, it just attaches notes that hover in seperate windows and B: The community, for reasons unknown (but probably having to do with the smaller size) is much more pleasent then Third Voice's [former] community.
Don't forget to read their note to webmasters about how it's completely to the web master's advantage that uTOK exists.
