I wondered then, and still do, if we can join up with O'Reilly, adding our network of sites to theirs, and vice versa. How would you all feel about being part of what O'Reilly is doing?

I think it would be a pretty good fit- as long as the people running the sites we know and love are allowed to continue doing so as they see fit. The character and appeal of these sites comes from their humble roots- real people blogging about real issues.
