Another interesting aspect of LEO is that (in the PC version) it uses XML as it's file format. More details here.

It can also export and import MORE files according to that appendix. Currently, the MORE format is the one used to transfer from LEO files from Mac to PC since the Mac version doesn't yet support XML.
